PCS lists the originator as AG AssetCo Limited, a UK consumer credit company; the register does not show who owns the loans. The prospectus (12 May 2025) names Plata Finance Limited as seller and servicer, and Barclays and Jefferies as co-arrangers and joint lead managers. No Plata release found.
