About ABF Watch
ABF stands for asset-based finance: lending that is backed by a pool of loans or receivables rather than by the borrower's balance sheet alone. ABF Watch is the European Fintech Credit Tracker, a public, free tracker of warehouse lines, forward flows, securitisations and other credit facilities raised by European fintech and specialty lenders.
Why
Lender finance is how most European fintech lenders fund their loans, yet the deals are scattered across press releases, law-firm notes and paywalled trade press. This tracker puts them in one free, structured, sourced table.
How it's run
The tracker is built and maintained with automated tools, including AI models that help find announcements and extract fields. Every row is checked against its source before publishing, and every row links to that source. There are no invented personas behind it.
Disclosure
- Nothing here is investment, credit or legal advice, and no list on this site is a ranking or recommendation.
- The tracker has no paid placements. No borrower or funder pays to appear or to be left out.
- The site sets no cookies. It runs no analytics script; we see only the hosting provider's aggregate traffic statistics (totals, not individual visitors).
- We record business facts only. People are not profiled; named individuals are not stored in the dataset.
